We have been back for nearly a month and it’s freezing ! Danny is keen to hit the water every weekend but it’s far to cold for me. We had expected to be on our way to Europe by now but as I have managed to find some temp work, we decided to make the most of it and save a few more pennies. It’s not often that you get to take a year out so we want to make the most of it, even if that means staying here a bit longer. So the plan is to finally hit the road after the second bank holiday in May, head to Tarifa, stay there for a month and then make our way back at a leisurely pace, with a few random stops on the way back. So that takes us until mid July when we will manage to fit in an epic session at the lake with Jay for his birthday and then finally, we will top things off with one final stop…..but it’s a secret until we can get things sorted. We don’t want to get our hopes up unless it doesn’t happen but I am super excited just thinking about it !!
